Instructions:
This sale is packed! Therefore, we will NOT be allowing any large bags, purses or strollers. This sale is a bit different due to it being in a gated community that does NOT have parking. This sale will unfortunately have to walk up to the neighborhood.
We have been instructed to use the EAST gate of The Commons. We will NOT be using the main entrance and the gate will be closed. The EAST Gate will be marked with our signs and we will have a security guard there to help direct you.
How this will work:
Sign-Up Sheet will be placed out by 7:00 am at the EAST GATE. You will be able to sign yourself up and then leave and come back before the door opens. We recommend getting back to the sale before 8:30 am. We will be opening the gate and starting to line up starting at 8:30 am. Doors will open at 9 am sharp.
We will have to limit the number of people allowed inside at first. Once the line is done, it will be come and go as you please. We have hired more help for this sale to get people in as fast as possible! This is a very full sale and there will be plenty for everyone!
PARKING:
THERE WILL BE NO PARKING INSIDE THE COMMONS. Please park in the former bank parking lot on the SOUTH side of Grand BLVD. The parking address is: 2800 NW Grand BLVD, OKC, OK 73116. This is located SOUTH of the front gate.
What is the Sign Up Sheet?
The Sign Up Sheet is set out early so you can sign up for orderly entry at the start of the sale. You must be in person to sign up and you can only sign yourself up. It is meant to give families the time to sign up, run home to take the kids to school, and get back before doors open. You do not have to sign up to come to the sale, but at the very start, we will be allowing people in order of the Sign Up Sheet. After this, it will be come and go as you please. All are welcome!
PICKUP:
If you purchase something, you are responsible for moving it. Please plan accordingly. The final pickup will be on Monday.
SECURITY:
We will have security on site. Please be respectful to them as they are there to keep things moving and keep everyone safe. All Guns, Gold, and Silver will be kept off-site until the sale opens.
