Preparing for your sale?
Here are a few tips.
Preferably sales are conducted at the home being liquidated, however under special circumstances we are able to hold the sale off site.
DO NOT throw anything away! Take your personal papers, family photos, etc. and let our qualified team determine what should be sold, donated or thrown away.
We will provide tables, hanging racks, shelves, pricing supplies, bins and lighting for your items.
We will coordinate the disposal or donation of unsold items and provide itemized receipts for tax purposes.
Your home will be left broom clean.
You will be receiving a statement of accounts and a check within 14 days of the sale.
Remember… We will provide all signage and advertising.
