Kathy Kempf

Kathy Kempf is a native of Oklahoma City. She has a bachelor in business from Oklahoma State University. She spent over 10 years in retail management and merchandising for Streets Department stores and 5 years as a buyer for Accessory Lady. Kathy and her husband Fred raised their three children in Oklahoma City. Before joining Jody Kerr Estate Sales, she was a residential appraiser in the Oklahoma City metropolitan areas. Kathy began working with Jody Kerr in 2010. After several years of working together at estate sales, they formed a partnership. As Kathy’s knowledge, skills and expertise continued to grow, her role increased. When Jody made the decision to wind down her day-to-day involvement with the business she began, she turned the business over to Kathy. Kathy has the same passion, excitement and professional approach Jody instilled in her, and is excited to continue serving those individuals in need of Estate Sales.
