Check list for preparing for an estate sale:

• Make sure you have legal authority to sell the items in the estate.

• Our initial consultations are free of charge.

• It usually takes us 2 to 3 weeks to set up for the estate sale, depending on the size and condition of the estate.

• Do not throw anything away.  Let us determine what things are trash or treasure.

• Locate the personal/family items such as records, legal documents, family photos etc. and take them out of the home or label them and we will put them away for you.

• Take or mark the items which you and your family are keeping and will not be sold in the estate sale before we sign the contract.

• We, as most estate liquidators, work on a commission % of gross sales.  There are no out of pocket expenses to you.

• We sell everything: cars, motorcycles, farm equipment, general household inside and outside etc.

• You will receive your check and paperwork on items sold and sales tax paid within two week of your sale.
