Our estate sales are tag sales and our fee is based on a percentage of gross sales. We take cash, checks and all major credit cards.

The Kerr and Kempf team will arrange for appropriate advertising. We will promote your sale by emailing our large customer base as well as advertise your sale using Facebook, Instagram and local newspaper ads.
Sales tax collected.
Another service Kerr and Kempf Estate Sales provide for our clients is the collection of Oklahoma Sales Tax on all sales, except for tax-exempt buyers. We file and pay to the state, which means one less worry for you.
